Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Answering customers’ enquiries
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders
  • Provide effective customer service/ telemarketing
  • Perform any other admin duties
  • Coordinate with CS team and other departments to provide the best service experience for the customer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a N/”O” Level
  • Strong communication skill with pleasant personality
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics will be an advantage
  • 5 day work week @ Tai Seng (8.30am-5.30pm)
