Responsibilities
- Answering customers’ enquiries
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders
- Provide effective customer service/ telemarketing
- Perform any other admin duties
- Coordinate with CS team and other departments to provide the best service experience for the customer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a N/”O” Level
- Strong communication skill with pleasant personality
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics will be an advantage
- 5 day work week @ Tai Seng (8.30am-5.30pm)
